Life-long athlete, 3rd Degree Black Belt with 8 years of training experience, Ashaa began coaching in 2014 at her local gym. Her motivating and lively personality led her to quickly become a favorite among clients.

She start B.A.M. Athletics, Inc in 2019, helping client of all backgrounds and sports to unleash their inner athlete, BY ANY MEANS!
