Yes. Your safety is important and professionalism is crucial when providing a service like personal training and sport nutrition consultation. In addition, it is important to fully commit to your health and wellness journey if you truly want to achieve your goals

All new clients must commit to a minimum of three months; you must agree to this commitment in the contract. During the first 4 weeks of any new training program, the majority of the improvement in body mechanics are due to adaptations in the Central Nervous System; no changes in the muscle tissue occurs during the 1st four weeks. The adaptations such as true muscle growth, increase stamina, or increase muscle strength occur between the 6 – 8 weeks. Unfortunately, many people stop focusing on their goals after two months because they have achieved some progress or life obstacles come into play. By having a BAM coach, you have someone else to motivate you to push past the 2 month mark in training so you are able stay on track with your health, achieve your goals in a reasonable time frame, and learn how to adjust your plan as life obstacles come your way.

No. Clients receive their training invoices on a month to month basis. The invoices are sent out to the clients during the last week of their current month of training. The clients submit their payment the link during that same week in order to resume training the following month.

No. Clients are not required to have a gym membership. Although having equipment is a plus, it is not required at all. The initial goal when training with BAM is to learn body awareness and the importance of proper form. In addition, the initial focus for BAM is core stabilization, corrective exercises for muscle imbalances, improved flexibility in the muscles, and improved mobility in the joints to help prevent future injuries. Clients’ questions about equipment or gym membership are happily welcoming, however, it’s not necessary. In the event a client needs something for the training session, it will be a household item and the client will be made aware prior to the session so they can come prepared.

Each client is slightly different because each client has different goals and different needs. In general, the monthly rate is based off the frequency of sessions per week and the sum of four weeks is how we determine the monthly rate.

No. The minimum age requirement is 13 years of age. There is no cap on age, however, if you have any injuries or have any chronic illness (hypertension, high cholesterol, or any condition or illness), you will need to provide medical clearance from your primary physician upon signing the contract.

Nutrition

No, sports nutrition is not designated for athletes only. Nutrition programming targets sports (physical and physiological) performance and body composition. The concept behind Sports Nutrition is combining the understanding of how Exercise Science and Nutrition Physiology work together helping clients to improve their internal health, improve their performance and recover faster. This goes for all their daily activities in life, including non-fitness related activities as there are clients who may not do traditional workout routines but live a very active lifestyle.

All new clients will have an initial 60 minute consultation via Video Chat followed by weekly 15 – 30mins check-in to address any questions or concerns, discuss any obstacles and triumphs occurred during that week, and help plan for the next week, if need be. After the first three months, the clients will transition to bi-weekly check-ins

No you are not obligated to use both services, however, for the best results and longevity in maintaining your goals, consistency is key. By having both services, you can be sure that your Sports nutritionist will make sure your meal guide correlates to your training schedule. Prices may vary when adding additional services

This is not a crash diet, a detox, or cleanse; the meal guides are designed specific to each client, their lifestyle, their food preferences, their food allergies, and any dietary needs required for their personal health.

Advanced Training

No. BAM coaches are willing to travel to the client wherever they are located. However, there are additional fees that will need to be discussed in detail prior to signing any contract or starting any training services

The additional fees include: traveling fee and hotel or living accommodations for the time frame agreed upon.  The client is not required to pay 100% of the additional fees associated with the personalized service. However, The coach and the client must agree on the payment terms based on the needs, frequency of training on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as any additional services discussed upon for in-person services. Prices will vary based on the clients need

BAM Gear

Yes, we currently have both men’s and womens. Unfortunately, we don’t offer any youth sizes.

The men’s sizes range from Small to XX Large. The women’s sizes range from X-small to X Large.

The material for all the BAM gear is super stretchy and light. It was designed to be durable for a full workout but functional and light enough to casually wear out and about. I aim is to advocate for body appreciate and hopefully accommodate as many body types as possible.

B.A.M. Athletics Inc is a small business that strives to meet the clients and customers needs as efficiently and quickly as possible. With that said, man power is limited so please allow at least 1 – 2 day business days to confirm your purchase has been received and is being processed. Once the order is processed a second email will be sent to the customer with the tracking information. The order should be shipped and delivered to the customer within 4 to 7 days of the purchase date. Your patience is greatly appreciated during this time.
